You realize how much has changed when you re-visit an old bar.
We used to come here drinking here & there in our mid-20’s. Now in early 30’s, you can’t help but feel so different as a person. So much more grown in experience, personality, and wardrobe that you’re an entirely different person. If the two of you walked by each other… you wouldn’t even recognize young you if you were to pass each other by in the entrance.
I guess that’s all we can wish for as we continue to age. The inability to recognize ourselves from the years before.
